SHIPPING POLICY
Processing time is currently 1-3 days and ships directly from our studio in Ontario, Canada.
Please note that in order to keep shipping costs down we ship by letter mail so there is no tracking available.
Typically you can expect orders to arrive within the following time frames.
Canada - 7-10 business days
USA - 10-20 business days
International - 3-5+ weeks

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
I will gladly refund the full value of damaged or defective products and work hard to resolve any other issues.
